Educational level

Children with less maturity have different experiences.  There are many problems at any educational level and their development has several personalities.

Against some reports, children with Down Syndrome are  “completely able to receive education”.   His principal limit is the language, which causes partial or total isolation.    “They can not express their feelings, their needs, neither their thoughts”.
